rethink your anger!




We all know the feeling, the face gets hot, heart starts beating fast, adrenaline begins to pour through your veins! Your angry! furious! And you feel wronged and hurt!!! Common sense goes out the window and you have a vocal throw-up occur where things are said that are hurtful, unnecessary, and sometimes untrue. 


Being angry is a natural physiological experience, but with very negative outcomes. Your stress levels spike over the roof, heart palpitations occur, and your entire day will be affected. So whats a person to do when anger seems to be coming your way??


Take a big long deep breathes, feel all of these natural occurrences going through your body, accept that these feelings are bound to happen, and quickly with a big huge sigh...let it go!

The only person you are truly hurting when you are angry is YOURSELF! Rethink why you get so angry, whats the underlying reason your blood is boiling? Usually when you are angry at someone, its a reflection of being angry at yourself. 


So unless premature aging, hair loss, wrinkles, obesity, high blood pressure, and insomnia, are your goals in life...lets make a change to a more positive way of dealing with anger....


focus on your feet when your angry make sure they are flat on the ground, pay attention to your toes, acknowledge your entire body, take this moment to yourself. Forgive yourself for getting this upset and try to just walk away! 


Lets all stop placing so much focus on the negative and start living more positive productive lives! There is so much love that is needed in this world, lets be part of the solution! Besides.. all we need is LOVE.
