MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL.....

So when was the last time you stood in the mirror and admired your perfectly sculpted physique??
Did you thank the gods and your mommy for blessing you with all the goods a mortal can dream of?


Take a moment to think about how you talk to yourself in the mirror.... ARE YOU YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND??? Do you smile back when you look in the mirror?

BE KIND TO YOURSELF! LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF EXACTLY THE WAY YOU ARE. We are all gentle souls and we should treat our bodies with love, respect, and patience. WE ARE ALL PERFECT, EXACTLY THE WAY WE ARE!


We cant change our exterior without looking a little deeper. Lets be kind to our bodies and wise with our words. IF you are not ready to wink back at the perfect sculpture reflecting back at you, thats ok.
Just know we are all perfect exactly the way we are, now lets all take a big deep breathe and say to yourself.....

I am perfect, i love myself exactly the way I am today, and all is well.

IF we want to look flawless and age gracefully we must protect ourselves from the sun! Prematurely aging is attributed 70% to sun damage!!!  As an esthetician i consider myself as close to a sun police as it can possibly get. I preach to my clients about lathering it up with sunscreen every single day, "its just like brushing your teeth, just do it...everyday rain or shine." 
 Lets start by protecting ourselves in the best way I know how! THROUGH FASHION, of course!
What says beach days like a big floppy hat ? Protect your scalp and reputation! This summer make it a summer of self expression and self protection! Hats are a beautiful accessory to any outfit! Nothing says effortless glam like a unique hat that expresses who you are! 


So here is your mission...

For 21 days (thats how long it takes to develop a habit) Apply a daily sunscreen everyday ( at least spf 15, but I prefer spf 30) onto your face, neck and declote (chest area). These areas are always exposed to the sun and age 7x faster than any other part of your body.

I did it! It's finally here! the day I conquered my fears and started  a blog! so here I go, I am ready.... world hold on!
I want  to express my passion for life. I want to prove that there is beauty and art in everything we see around us. life is such a gorgeous and breathtaking opportunity!
